It was just an appropriate option for a short stay in New Orleans with good price-value balance. The staff was super friendly, especially Harold, who helped with our ice situation. Keep an eye out for cleaning issues, as they could really enhance your stay.

The location was ideal. Just steps away from all activities and close to where we needed to be.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still manageable.

Had an amazing time with friends at this luxury hotel! We walked to some great spots, like the historic open-air market and enjoyed a fun Mardi Gras tour. The friendly staff made our stay even better. The location is central, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture and cuisine.
However, our last day was frustrating because we couldn't access our car due to valet issues, and no refund was offered for the inconvenience.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the fantastic location that made it easy to walk to the vibrant French Quarter and explore nearby attractions. Chase at the front desk was super helpful with restaurant recommendations, and Mr Thomas was always around to assist us, making the experience feel truly welcoming. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired as we had to refill our water bottles ourselves, which should have been handled during housekeeping services.

Staying at this historic hotel was a delight! The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the French Quarter, allowing us to experience all the vibrant culture, food, and music. Plus, the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to our service dog.
My wife says that the parking situation could use some improvement for families. It was a hassle to find reasonably priced parking nearby, especially with kids and our service dog in tow.
